Server Problems?

I cannot access the QF account using my mobile app. Tried uninstalling and re-installing and eventually get the message, cannot access Quickfile server.
On a separate issue, I am running a backup for an affinity client and the message " Backup is running" has been on the screen for approx 10 minutes.
Are you aware of any server issues?

Yeah my app is not working either

The mobile app is still not working on my Android phone. When you have a chance, can you please look into this.
Must be other issues as “sent email log” also not working on the online version

I’m having issues with the actual website now and it’s starting to annoy me. Might look at Xero since I can get a year free

@JoeT - We’re not aware of any issues affecting the main website. Would you be able to send a private message to @QFSupport with some details, please?
