I would like to be able to set a session date which becomes the default for everything I do in that session. For example, on the 20th January I have to post a whole load of year end journals for December 31st, but I want the system to remember the 31st December date, which I keep forgetting to change with each new post. Same with invoices, I often date all the invoices as last day of the previous month, but don’t want to remember to change the date every time.

Currently there is no such feature.
