Set an alternative email address for Direct Debit Mandate Approval Notification

Hi Glenn

A team member (non full admin) is now doing the Go Cardless DD requests via QuickFile… but they’re not getting the email notification when it’s been approved by the client… this is still going to the admin account email… is there a way to fix this so the user questing the DD gets the notification without making them full adminsitrator ? Had a look in priveleges but couldn’t work it out.

There is no way to do this at the moment, I have moved this to a #feature request for you.

In the meantime it may be worth setting them up with an account on Go Cardless as they will receive emails directly from there.
