I’ve transferred my email account to Ionos and now I can’t get my email settings to work on Quickfile. I keep getting error messages. Many thanks.
This could be any number of things - what exactly are the error messages? (Edit out personal details like your email address, username if different, and password)
Have you tried port 25 and tick STARTTLS. Otherwise, as Ian mentioned, make sure that you use the correct user name, password, email address and from name
