Shared Links not appearing after long period

I have noticed that the Shared Links are not working. At least not as they are expected to.

I added a shared link months ago and never checked with my staff if they could see them.
I just noticed that staff did not have it as I added a 2nd.

I have done some troubleshooting.

  1. Pressed Ctrl-F5 (does not make the shared links appear)
  2. Checked the sourcecode and confined links are not present
  3. logged off and on repeatedly links never appeared.
  4. Tried chrome and Edge

To get shared links visible
We went to browser Dev tools (ctrl+shift+i) > Application (tab) > Storage
Then pressed “Clear site data”

Logged back in and links appear.

Hi mear. What are the shared links? Sorry I’m just not sure if I’m missing out on a feature

Due to the nature of the way it’s stored, I would expect a delay in it appearing, but certainly not months.
