I have noticed that the Shared Links are not working. At least not as they are expected to.
I added a shared link months ago and never checked with my staff if they could see them.
I just noticed that staff did not have it as I added a 2nd.
I have done some troubleshooting.
- Pressed Ctrl-F5 (does not make the shared links appear)
- Checked the sourcecode and confined links are not present
- logged off and on repeatedly links never appeared.
- Tried chrome and Edge
To get shared links visible
We went to browser Dev tools (ctrl+shift+i) > Application (tab) > Storage
Then pressed “Clear site data”
Logged back in and links appear.
