Should money in (cash from multiply customers) be tagged?

If the business is taking cash in on a daily basis (for instance hairdresser) and this is entered in as money in at the end of the day does it need tagged?

Would this be like cash takings from a till? If so, the best way is to create a “daily” invoice and tag it that way

Theoretically you don’t need to tag anything. It helps if you tag everything though, it makes it a lot easier.
