Full description should be shown on statement, or at least an option to allow the full description to be read on the statement, limiting the characters really needs to change
The description is editable should you wish to change it. By default it uses the first line of the invoice (sometimes referred to as the “Invoice Name”).
You can also add a note to the statement if that would help communicate with your clients.
Do you send them a PDF, or a link to the statement? If it’s the latter, your client can also click on the invoice number to view the invoice in full.
