Since i am using the feature of making clients log on so i can see they have read their emails unfortunately letters do not have the option not to be sent as pdf can this be added?
It would make sense to have letters visible (optionally) in the client area and it is something we are likely to do. I will keep this thread open and we will update when we are able to explore this further.
