Showing Client Account Ref as well as Invoice number

I need to show my Clients Account Reference on my invoices as well as Invoice number, i have added it in the invoice design customisation but it does not show on my invoices when printing.

Any ideas how i can sort this

You mentioned it doesn’t show when printing, but does it show in the web preview? The PDF is an exact copy of the web preview, so it should show it on both.

It may also be that this is saved at an invoice level, and resaving the invoice will show it. However, I’ll need to check this and confirm it.

Just to confirm, there is no need to save the invoice again, changing this will affect all invoices. If you’re using trading styles, be sure you’re updating the correct template too.
