Sign in new device and I did not receive an email from quickfiles now when I login it says I have been sent an email and won’t let me go any further

I am trying to login on my account, however, I got the following message:

Keep this page open and access the approval link on the same internet connection that you’re currently using.

I have tried several times but I have not received any email and no email in spam. Please could you help me?
