Simple cash in - cash out

How do I create a simple cash account which isn’t a ‘bank’ account? Trade is cash in, cash and debit card out.

The bank accounts on here don’t necessarily refer to a real bank account. Petty Cash for example would be your cash ‘account’ (or in my case, just a little box sat on my shelf as I deal mainly with cards etc).
