SIPP tax relief and CGT in Final Declaration form

I just very recently popped in here to see if this is my kind of software for MTD.

Are there fields for SIPP tax relief and Capital Gains Tax in the Final Declaration form.

Will need to know this for sure. Thank yous loads!
