SMTP Service issue

Good morning,

Sorry to bother you but I was wondering if someone could help me.

We have recently moved our e-mail hosting from one cPanel server to another. No settings have changed in terms or e-mail addresses, passwords, mail server addresses etc. however QuickFile is now no longer able to send our invoices using our e-mail address / password / server.

I have updated the settings in QuickFile but keep receiving the error:

Your SMTP server did not reply in a timely fashion. Please ensure the port number is correct and any firewall on the SMTP server is allowing outside access.

I wondered if perhaps there is a cache that needs clearing on the QF end because perhaps the QF servers are still trying to access the account from the old server / IP address?

If someone could take a look for me, I would be grateful.
