Hi can you help me please?
I would like to use my own Domain which was bought through IONOS and the Cpanel records were changed so that I could use it through Microsoft 365 business standard.
I’m not quite sure what details need to be entered into the SMTP area, ie is it the domain name or the original onmicrosoft.com address, and which password do I need, the Quickfile one, the microsoft one, the IONOS one?
I’ve tried a variety of options but keep getting error messages and I’ve looked everywhere for some guidance including youtube but if you offer me some clarification that would be great!

The details look correct when compared to other accounts using Microsoft 365.
However, the error link shown in your screenshot does suggest that SMTP auth is disabled. You can read more on this here: Enable or disable SMTP AUTH in Exchange Online | Microsoft Learn
I’m not personally familiar with Microsoft 365, but it may just be the case of enabling SMTP auth inline with that guide.
