Invoice emails no longer working using my office 365 email, tried adding SPF record include:quickfile.co.uk
With all the extra levels of security with 365, MFA, SPF & DMARC
Can someone provide a method to add my office 365 email as invoice sender ?
Hi @itbytes
Adding an SPF record won’t make any difference with SMTP as the emails are coming from your mail server rather than QuickFile. As long as you have the SPF and DMARC, and I would suggest DKIM, too, just to be safe.
With situations like this, you should use an app password which will effectively allow you to use services such as QuickFile (and others) using a one-time password.
For Microsoft accounts, there’s more details here: Using app passwords with apps that don't support two-step verification - Microsoft Support
