My client wants to receive emails through their email address not the QF one.
We have changed the SMTP settings and all correct but we get the message problem reaching your SMTP service
Is there anywhere we need to put the ongoing settings.
Can you help please.
I noticed on the below on the account I think you are referring to
(Account Settings > Routine Emails > SMTP Settings Tab)
When you set up smtp settings and save, we fire off an activation code using your credentials and once confirmed all outbound emails from your account will be routed through your mail server.
