SMTP Timeout

The error would normally be shown in the email and/or the event log on your account, which I believe in your case, was it timed out?

Did you manage to find out if your client received the email or not?

we can see the emails coming in at the times provided, the external smtp server is showing a timed-out error, but we can still see the emails coming into the server.

Looks like our hosting provider have acknowledged the issue and have escalated my ticket, hopefully get to the bottom of it soon.

Thank you for providing your support on this one, obviously I am the middle man between the two.
