Is the Snail Mail not working again?

It looks like your last item was declined. Looking at the invoice, part of the address isn’t quite in the area of the envelope are, so it wouldn’t be delivered.

To fix this, you would need to either move the address up (using the CSS editor), or amend the address so it’s a bit shorter (for example, county isn’t a requirement so it could be removed).

When you press the “send by snail mail” option, it will show you a red box on the invoice/letter for you to check before continuing.

For example, this is what I see on my test account (showing the address is nowhere near the red box):

Just to elaborate on @QFMathew’s post. Only the “Standard” template in the invoice gallery can be used with the Snail Mail service (without customisation) as it is already configured to output the address in the correct location.

I see your point and will check in future.
However, it isn’t a serious problem as I don’t use snail mail very often.
