I recently sent out a letter to several clients and have been informed by at least 3 clients that they got the letter 17 times! It was around the end of December - was there a problem with snail mail ? There is no indication on quickfile that I send letter many times or that luckily we have been charged for all the duplicates.

There were a few errors with the snail mail around November/December time which were unfortunately out of our control.

I can see a letter there on your account, dated 29th December, all to the same client. The letters look identical - is this intentional?
Thank you - same letter should have gone to different clients ( one copy per client of same letter )
