Hello,
I have chosen for the invoice number: #000344 to be sent by snail mail. This was last week. I have just phoned the customer and they have not received this. I would like to double check with you that this has been sent?
All the best,

Hello,

We use a 3rd party service for this called iMail.
If you check the invoice preview and scroll down to the event log at the bottom you should see something like “Invoice #000344 sent via snail mail to [address inserted here]”. This confirms that it was successfully dispatched to their processing center. Unfortunately we have no way to track the item thereafter.
EDIT:
Just checked the address and I’m not sure if it’s 100% complete, there’s no premise number there?
Hi, We are also having this problem with one particular client. Since just before Christmas no invoices have been recieved yet all are showing as dispatched. The last successfully sent was Inv 6021 16/11/2015, the next Inv 6086 on the 28/11/2015 shows as Dispatched but with no dispatch date. Any ideas how to rectify?
Thanks
Clara
Hi @Storage
I’ll send you a private message to get some more information from you. Look for a little green notification in the top right hand corner, by your avatar
I have just discovered that my snail mail shown as despatched is not been delivered to my clients. I have asked several over a number of months and have sent out tests to friends and myself none of which have arrived.
Hi @asatmedia
Are you able to give any examples of clients that haven’t been received please, and I’ll look into this for you?
