I’ve noticed that my last three snail mail items are still in PENDING state and don’t seem to be going:
Is there an issue?
I also noticed that for letters the charge is 50p - I’m guessing you need to update this!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
It appears that the issue is with iMail, and we’re waiting to hear back from them to try and resolve this.
We’ll update this topic as and when we receive more information

A few items did fail due to an issue with iMail, although these may not necessarily be with your account. All other items have now been updated to their correct status.
