Sole trader to Ltd company Quickfile account

Good evening,
I already have a sole trader account set up on Quickfile but have recently registered as a Ltd company.
I understand that I need to set-up a new Quickfile for the Limited company account, I have tried to do this but I am not able to complete the process as we are using the same email address. All future transactions will be through the Ltd company but we still require access to the data held in the solder trader Quickfile account. Please can anyone advise?
I will also need to transfer customer data accross to the new Quickfile account for the Ltd company, can this be done without having to transfer all the data manually.

You will have to use a new email id for ltd company account and yes you can export customers and suppliers details from sole trader account in CSV format and import to ltd company account

Hi @huggins

As @FaradayKeynes mentions, you will have to use a different email address for the new account. What email provider do you use at the moment (e.g. @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @business-name.co.uk etc.)?

Thank you for your reply. I have now set up my ltd company Quickfile account. Please could you arrange for my invoice templates to be moved across along with all my customer /supplier details.

Hi.
I have a request to go the other way. I have an LTD trading account and have now set up as a Sole Trader.
I have set it up in QFile already and have used the export and import functions, but with limited success.
Is there a way I can get everything from 1st January 2017 till the current date transferred over?

The customer base and supplier base I can add as needed as time goes on.
The invoices, accounts and balances are the important thing to get across.
I didn’t manage to import the exported bank statements for example.
I’m happy to pay a fee for this to be done, but don’t know how to achieve it on my own.
