I am changing from sole trader to ltd company. Can I incorporate this on quickfile or do I need to set up a new account and new business?

You would need to set up a new account as the Limited company would be a different legal entity.
We can copy over you clients and suppliers (no balances) for you if required.
Drop ne a private message with the new and old account numbers if you require this.
