After years of issues I have discovered a solution I want to share. When re-authenticating Barclaycard banking feed for those using a Barclaycard Commercial, you are presented with 3 options for connecting - through Online Banking, BCP or Corporate. Neither the first or last has worked for me - BCP is the one. BUT - clicking BCP while using Google Chrome browser returns a fault! Instead, use Firefox and it works!
So - from now on when I am re-authenticating bank feeds I need to remember to access using Firefox not Chrome!
