Can someone please look into my account. I have been sending receipt emails for some time. I added a new email address yesterday so that emails can come from 2 different email addresses. Since this I am no longer receiving any email receipts. I have tried sending them from both emails and in different formats and no joy. I would really appreciate some help as I have a lot of receipts to get through today. Thank you.
Can I just check - do you mean the “email your receipts” feature?
If so, your email may have been caught in our spam filter. This does happen from time to time, but the emails are manually checked on a regular basis. I have just cleared these now, so hopefully they should come through shortly.
