Splitting Quickfile in 2

I use Quickfile in my role as treasurer for a charity. One of our on-going projects is now about to split off as their own charity. For their records, it would be really useful if I could give them a copy of our Quickfile, but with all the non-relevant things stripped out. Is there a way I can do this? I’ve thought about using the backup however in there I cannot necessarily distinguish which bank transactions relate to them and which do not. Any suggestions?

The back up would be the best way to give them data. If you have used a project tag for this specific project you could also run some reports with the project tag filter?

Unfortunately I don’t think there would be a simple way to do it, but if I can think of something I will let you know

Okay. Is there any way I can do a “Save As” on my Quickfile db? So that it then becomes a new one and I can strip out the stuff I don’t want?
