Starling active feed not working

Hello I have gone through the stages to add my business Starling account but non of the transacions appear. I tried deleting and re-adding with the same result. Thanks for any help with this.

Only new transactions, created after the feed was activated, are picked up. You have to upload a csv file (bank statement) for all the transactions before the feed was activated. Also, all transactions/payments which are still pending and are not cleared completely are also not picked up; only cleared transactions/payments will appear in quickfile.

Thanks, have just tried uploading the CVS and get the error:
‘Please ensure each data field is mapped to a unique column’
