Starling bank feed not updating

Hi

I have an active subscription on my bank feed - it will auto renew 15 June. However I have had no transactions show through my feed since 31/03/2021.

When I try and update it is saying I don’t have an active feed.

Have you tried disconnecting the feed and then reconnecting again?
