Starling Bank Feed question

I have just setup a Starling Bank feed today but no account transactions appear in my QuickFile statement. Prior to setting up the feed, I took the Free Bank Feed Subscription trial for three months.

Support Team - please advise if I have to manually upload transactions prior to this back to 1 April 2022. Is there a shortcut to doing this?

Hi,
After setting up a starling bank feed only future transaction are automatically updated in quickfile. For older transaction you have to download bank statements from starling bank as a CSV file and upload it into your starling bank account in quickfile.
