Hi…My Starling Bank feed seemed to stop at a certain point so I’ve deleted the automatic feed but can’t re-add it. When I try to use QuickFile Sync it just stalls as the send notification part of the process. I don’t get an authorisation code after entering the account & my mobile number. I’ve not had any notifications from Starling either.
The “Send Notification” part is controlled by Starling rather than QuickFile, so you may need to reach out to them to see if there are any issues.
Edit: I’ve just tried this on our end, and I’ve received the notification all OK. Starling may be able to offer some guidance on this directly.
