My Starling bank feed is showing as offline and nothing is updating. Does anyone else have this issue?

Mine seems OK at the moment.

@tomhorton - I set it up a couple of hours ago so I wonder whether it may have to wait for it to fully set up and update but at the moment it just says it is offline. Nothing is showing up.

No, once the link is setup it is good to go.

Do you think it is worth deleting the connection and trying again?

@tomhorton - Sadly no luck with deleting the connection and setting it up again.

I’ve asked our development team to take a look at this as I believe it’s showing “Offline” in error for Starling.

I’ll update this thread when I hear back.

Any update as my own Starling feeds are at 24 hours delayed

There’s no update at the moment, but it’s just a visual issue.

What type of transactions are you seeing the delay with? And is the delay compared with your Starling app or your bank statement?

Hi I received money into my starling account yesterday and it isn’t showing on quick file. I also have accounts with mettle and they show same day

yes mine is offline as well

As mentioned above, the “Offline” label is only a visual error. The feed should work as normal.

I would have expected a transfer in to show straightaway, so will send you a private message to get a few more details - you should see a green notification in the top right corner shortly.

The Starling feed works differently to all the other bank feeds we offer, in that Starling is “live”, so as transactions are confirmed, they’ll appear. All others banks, including Mettle, import overnight.
