My new Starling bank feed has been set up is showing as active in Quickfile and also the Starling app yet transactions are not coming through. Can anyone please help with this?
Are the transactions card payments? If they are they won’t show until they compete. Pending ones won’t show

Sorry to hear you’re having some issues with your Starling feed.
When you did the transfer, is the receiving account set up as a payee, or was it another Starling account you have access to?
If it’s the latter, it would normally be picked up on the overnight feed.
The transfer was a simple electronic cash payment from my personal Nat West account into my Startling business account. The payment was made over a week ago and is still not showing in Quickfile. I can see no reason why it shouldn’t show as the feed is showing as active in both Quickfile and Starling aps.
I don’t appear to have any private messages from you. Where can I access this?
