Starling opening deposit duplicated on QuickFile feed balance

Hi it appears from doing the arithmetic that the balance on my QF Starling account statement has doubled the opening account deposit since beginning the bank feed. I only have one entry on the statement showing the correct deposited amount which I manually entered before starting up the bank feed. How do I correct this so that QF shows the correct balance? Thanks

Hello @PJPG

It looks like you have manually entered a Money In transaction on the account as well as an opening balance journal which has doubled the amount

You would need to remove one of these

Either delete the Money In transaction from the bank (click the red cross next to it)

or

View the account > Options > Settings > delete the opening balance
