None of my clients get there emails from quickfile anymore. It took me a while to notice the problem and my clients missed a few weeks of invoices before I found it. I found a temporary solution by cc ing the email to me then forwarding that to my clients. I don’t want to do that forever. I found another solution to set up Stmp emails to send the emails from my personal address. That sounds fine. There Is no decent information on how to do this on quick file. It’s just mentioned in different posts. Can someone please create a proper description of how to do this, step by step please? IThanks
Go to Account Settings > Routine emails
There will be an option to switch to SMTP
