Streamline customer messaging?

I’ve noticed there are multiple ways for customers to contact me from Quickfile and each with slightly different outcomes which means some messages are in my email, some in Quickfile messaging and not all recorded in the client log.
Is there a way for me to provide a link in the customer dashboard to the Quickfile messaging system and also to hide all other messaging buttons offered to them?

It would depend on how the customer chooses to get in touch, they could reply to your email, message you via the query option via the online portal

You could create a quick link to your my messages page.

  • Search my messages in the quick search
  • Click Add link (below Quicksearch)
  • Click Add link to this page
  • Enter a name > Save
