It’s great that QF has api integration with eBay MP but it could be improved re tagging and invoicing.
It is currently a long-winded process to attach invoices to every fee, advert, uk sale, eu sale, refund, on hold payments etc etc there are many.
You currently cannot add an invoice to bank transaction in QF. But my previous suppliers had a way to auto deal with tagging and auto add an invoice.
On set-up a user is given a list of areas to map to your own Chart of Accounts with suggestions provided by the software. Then when the payment comes into you bank it matches what’s in your Merchant Account and adds an invoice covering everything.
Its seamless and takes no effort from the user. Also, i believe if QF offered this or something similar it would attract a lot of eBay sellers plus drive profits for QF Example below
Sellers now must use Xero & Link my Books which is expensive.
