Stripe Charges

Hi there, we have clients paying via Stripe, Which we apply stripe fee. But the stripe payments on each transaction remain unallocated. we are vat registered.
How to i fix this please?

Do you mean a fee that you charge business customers for paying by Stripe, or the fee that Stripe charges?

Hi there the fee that i charge the business customers.
I.e £100 invoice and client gets charged £1.50 for using stripe.
=£102.50 but when i tag payment the £1.50 is unallocated but the £100 get tagged

As this is an additional charge you are billing the customer for you would need to invoice them for it.
