Stripe Fee Line Now Duplicated - Started a few days ago

I have been using Quickfile for 4 years and Stripe for a lot longer.
Historically, overnight my Stripe transcations for the previous day have been downloaded with two lines corresponding to each Stripe payment:

  • one line shows the invoice reference and gross amount charged to the cardholder
  • one line shows the processing reference and Stripe fee charged for the transaction

As of a few days ago I have started getting three lines associated with each payment

  • one line shows the invoice reference and gross amount charged to the cardholder
  • one line shows the processing reference and Stripe fee charged for the transaction
  • one line one line shows the IDENTICAL processing reference to the above, but with a ZERO amount

I have made ZERO changes to QuickFile Settngs - this just started happening one day recently and has happened every day since.

Currently I am deleting all of these 3rd, zero value lines but this definitely appears to be a NEW bug!

I have noticed this too. I have looked at my stripe account directly and it looks like there is now a field for Tax under Payment breakdown which wasn’t there before so this might explain why it is being imported but it is useless as cannot reconcile a zero amount in QF. Can we turn off Tax import values in QF?
