Stripe integration - automatic feed

Hi,

I’ve added Stripe with the autofeed enabled. I left it overnight and nothing has pulled through. Do I need to manually add historic payments (e.g. over a month a go) and it will start pulling data from within the last 24 hours each night?

Hi @mattsnm,

You will need to manually import the historic payments, the feed will then pull the data automatically for the previous day. The feed will only work from the day it is set up so anything before this point will need to be imported manually :slight_smile:

Thanks - couldn’t find that anywhere! Last quick question - when the data pulls through, does it import each payment as an invoice? e.g. once pulled through could I submit an invoice marked as paid?

I submit receipts from Stripe automatically but need to send invoices too. Or do I need to create an invoice and pair it with the payment?

You will need to create the invoices manually, the Stripe feed will just pull through the payment transactions :slight_smile:
