Stripe links not working for customers

Hi

I am having problems with 50% of my customers not being able to use stripe to pay. I contacted stripe and they suggested to contact Quickfile. All info below for customer and stripe response

I tried to replicate this issue and everything seems to be working fine.

Stripe payment is active in case of both clients you’ve mentioned, also we have no reports of that happening to other users.

To look into this issue please contact us next time it occurs. Please keep in mind not to delete any invoices or records or make any changes as this will help us to investigate.
