When some of my customers try to input their card number via the pay online button nothing is captured by the form.

Are you aware of what error messages they are seeing, if any? Do you know what card type they are using (Visa, MasterCard etc.)?
They haven’t said but the most information i have got is that when they try to enter the payment the numbers don’t appear in the box and one of the users confirmed they were using an android phone.
This is the email i got from Stripe when i raised the issue with them.

In this case, your best bet would be to reach out directly to the integration to see if they are configured to work with Stripe and have them troubleshoot this error for you. I’m afraid that Stripe doesn’t have specialized information on how third-party integrations operate, and since they created the integration they would be best equipped to answer any questions about why the information isn’t appearing on the site. I noticed that you are using Quickfile to handle your payments, and I’ve provided a link to their contact page below:

I wish I had better news, but I do hope the information was still helpful. Of course, if you had any further questions, or was wondering about anything else, we are always here and happy to help.
We’re not able to replicate this I’m afraid. We’ve tested it on 3 different Android phones (each running a different version of Android), and it works as expected. It would be interesting however to find out more information about the other client that was having issues.
We will also be upgrading this payment form very soon to a newer type of form provided as part of Stripe Elements.
