Stripe Payments Gateway Missing — Only Bank Feed Showing

Hi QuickFile team,

Until a couple of weeks ago my clients could pay invoices by card through Stripe without any issues.

Now the Stripe Payments option has disappeared entirely from my account, and only the Stripe Bank Feed module is visible under “Manage Payment Options”.

When I try to visit the Stripe Payments setup URL:

/secure/merchant/stripeconnect

…I am redirected back to the login screen instead of seeing the Stripe payment settings panel.

Stripe was working correctly for years and nothing has changed on my side.
At the moment clients cannot pay invoices by card.

Could you please re-enable the Stripe Payments module on my account?

An issue was recently reported where the stripe button was missing (mainly on IOS devices), we released and update to rectify this.

Can you check the client is having the issue now?
