I have two Nationwide bank feeds. They were both ‘reauthorised’ (which may or may not have anything to do with anything). The current account is fine but the credit card hasn’t updated for a week or so (confirmed by my on-line statement).
How do I to unstick it?!
9 times out of 10 any problems with a QuickFile bank feed can be fixed by completely disconnecting the current feed and then setting it up again from scratch.
Thanks Ian, that worked. I was worried doing so might result in duplicate entries but all was fine.
