How can I access drop down menus on a touchscreen device. When I tap the main menu, eg. Sales, Purchases it takes me to the invoice list and the drop down disappears.

There is a check in place that will turn those links into dropdowns.
Can you please let me know what type of device (e.g. Samsung Galaxy Tablet; Motorola Moto G5 phone, etc.) you are using so I can relay this to our development team?
I’m using a Chuwi UBook X Pro. The drop down menus do appear when I tap the header but they don’t persist after I lift my finger.
Tap/Hold doesn’t work either
