I am trying to submit the report but don’t know how to

This is the screen - I don’t appear to have a submit update button

On your screenshot there is a New Update Button.

From your screenshot I can see the income source is set to UK Property, is this the only income source?

Can you just confirm that it has gone as the screen is only showing 25% but saying submitted

Am I correct in thinking this does not relate to the first filing but is referring to how much of the return has been done i.e one quarter of the year

Correct, its the progress of your self assessment

You have submitted 1 quarter = 25%
