Where do i find the option to subscribe to the full/paid version?

Also am I right in thinking that if I decide against using Quickfile for my accounts, I can use it as the necessary bridging software for my current software (old version of Sage)?

Hi,

If you go to Help > Additional Services > Update or add a new subscription

You will then be able to select to buy the power user subscription.

Alternatively, you can wait to be prompted if you go over the 1,000 nominal transactions within 12 months.

Does this same software work for bridging if I decide I want to stick with my existing Sage software?

Yeah - so if you still want to use your existing software you will need to export the return in excel to be able to upload to the bridging module. For the bridging module you will need the power user subscription.
