Subscriptions power user

I have been happily using QF for 3 years - but suddenly I can’t log in. It is telling me that my Power User Subscription has run out. I wasn’t aware that I was a power user and I have always used the system for free. I cannot even log in to check anything or to see if I have gone over the amount of transactions allowed. Please can someone advise? There is no phone number to call for help on the site. If I have to pay, I will do, but I would like to know the reason why please.

I see that you sent in a ticket too which I replied to. The reason you have been prompted to pay is because you have gone over the 1,000 ledger entries in 12 months.
