Subscriptions

Is there anywhere on quickfile where i can view paid subscriptions with you or receive invoice for payments made.

Is it automatically renewed the subscription or can I choose to cancel etc

Hi Scott,

In the Account Settings menu at the top click on “All Settings”. Now in here you should see an option “QuickFile Credit Manager”.

On this screen you will see any previous card payments with a link to a VAT receipt.

We don’t automatically renew subscriptions and indeed we don’t store customer card details.
