Summation of Client Payments

I have a problem.

  1. Under Clients I selected advanced search
  2. I then selected display Total invoiced
  3. I then selected time period
  4. Hit Submit
  5. Total invoiced showed correctly the period totals
  6. I then exported to excel
  7. Checked the totals and they are the gross totals for all time and not the period totals I shown on 5 above.

Can someone help how I can export to excel only the period shown in 5 above.

The date filtering part is a relative new addition, I see it’s not currently hooked up to the CSV export part. I have escalated this so we will get that looked at hopefully resolved in the next 1-3 days.

EDIT:

Just a quick one to let you know that this issue has now been resolved. The payment and invoice totals in the exported CSV should now match what is being displayed on the web page.
