When I create a supplier or a client, on the third tab are the contact details fields Full Name, email, phone number:
But on an existing supplier on the third tab the the contact details fields Full Name, email, phone number are no longer shown and I can find no way to make them show up.
What am I doing wrong?

When the supplier record is created, a contact details section is set up on their account.
This allows multiple supplier contact records to be created.
